KISCO values its employees and actively supports the health, well-being and development of its staff. KISCO provides staff with training and educational opportunities, including language courses, using internal and external providers. KISCO invests in staff well-being through the provision of subsidised employee apartments, financial aid (including discounted mortgages and assistance for the education of employees’ children), subsidies and grants for club activities, the operation of holiday resorts and the provision of welfare insurance for employees and their direct family members.

KISCO provides all employees with the freedom of association and the freedom to choose whether to participate in collective bargaining. KISCO applies fair work conditions across the entire group of companies, including the provision of sickness and family leave and actively enforces policies to prevent social or gender-based discrimination.

KISCO has been repeatedly recognised for labor management excellence through a number of awards from the Minister of Labor. These include the ‘Grand Prize for New Labor Management Relations’ in 2002, the ‘Prize for Labour Management Harmonization’ in 2003 and selection as a ‘Super Company in Labor Management Culture’ in 2008 and 2012. KISCO also received an award under the “Korea Best Employers Program” in 2019.
