KISCO has been repeatedly recognised for labor management excellence through a number of awards from the Minister of Labor. These include the โ€˜Grand Prize for New Labor Management Relationsโ€™ in 2002, the โ€˜Prize for Labour Management Harmonizationโ€™ in 2003 and selection as a โ€˜Super Company in Labor Management Cultureโ€™ in 2008 and 2012.
