From June 8th (Thursday) to 14th (Wednesday), the ITMA International Textile and Garment Technology Exhibition was held in Milan, Italy. Since its first exhibition in 1951, ITMA, known as the Olympics of the textile machinery industry, has been held every four years. This year, it attracted approximately 1600 companies from 44 countries and received around 100,000 visitors, drawing attention from the global textile machinery and fashion industries. The event took place at the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition center, covering an area of 220,000 square meters, with 12 halls and 20 chapters, attracting numerous companies and visitors from various industries.

Many personnel from KISCO, including President Cho Sung-yong and staff from the Dyes Division, Colorants Division, Marketing, Research, and KIPL attended the exhibition. As the world’s largest textile industry exhibition, it provided an opportunity to observe the latest technologies and industry trends in the field of textiles and clothing. Our booth received visits from a total of 213 companies from 29 countries, including 14 distributors, and we had the chance to directly showcase KISCO’s leading role in the sustainability field and our dedication to product and process development through meetings with top decision-makers and visits from representatives of renowned global brands.

In particular, the newly introduced product, Synozol NaturePlus, received significant attention from many customers, securing testing opportunities and laying a foundation for stable integration into the market in the future. During the exhibition period, various forums and meetings were held, including sales/technical meetings and strategic discussions with existing distributors and customers, as well as meetings with numerous potential customers, such as end-user companies and prospective distributors, to explore new markets and customers. We anticipate positive outcomes to continue to flow from our attendance at the exhibition.
