Our technical support team visits to customers in 15 of our key markets including Pakistan, India, Vietnam, China and Central America. Our staff provide on-site support and regularly visit end-users with our partners. We help in the process of conducting bulk trials with new customers and with the promotion of new products. We work with our domestic and international business teams to conduct tests on products and have a 24 hour response system to any technical enquiries.
Our technical support staff also provide training to our partners and end-users through on-site visits and seminars. We provide our partners with technical and market information to help them stay informed about new products. We also produce promotional material such as flyers, shade cards, presentations and technical data sheets.
Our technical support team has our own dyeing and printing facilities as well as a wide range of equipment for testing color fastness, light and environmental stability and color information.
